Please provide your order number and reason for the return (optional). This step helps us continuously improve our products and services.
Postage & Return Shipping: We understand that returning an item can be a hassle, which is why we provide free return postage. Once your return has been approved, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label to send the bear back to us at no additional cost to you.
Returning the Bear: Carefully package the bear, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. The bear must be shipped back within 14 days of initiating the return request to qualify for a refund.
Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned bear, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. Once the return is approved:
We will process the full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the bear.

Non-Refundable Situations:
